Thursday Threshold

So realised that Dad took some photo's from Wednesday's race so I'll get them up for the next post. But yesterday after school did a 6km thresh by myself. Felt pretty good throughout and like I could've run much faster. Time was 22:20 in the end, quality work. 11.2 all up for yesterday.
