Easy 10km

Easy run after school today. Felt awful all day, I think I have a bit of hay fever as the warm weather is coming. Going to try and drink more water as I felt dehydrated on the run. Ended up doing 43:34 so happy with that as I felt I was cruising.

  1. 4:21's would be quick for me for an easy 10km Jack. I'd try to make the easy runs very easy (even run without a watch) so that you can maintain the quality of your quick sessions without getting injured. Your body needs time to soak up the hard sessions.
    BTW I'm reading a great running book atm - "Running with the Buffaloes" by Chris Lear which I think you'd really enjoy.
