Mad

Kicked the footy at lunch today and must have really hurt my hammie. Tried training last night but the back of my knee was on fire. Iced it all last night and this morning but no improvement. Really frustrating. Also on the walk home yesterday, lower left calf started hurting out of no where and hasn't stopped. So I'm a bit of a wreck. What am I doing wrong? I'm training with kids my age and younger and many of them are doing the same mileage as me? But every month I seem to have calf issues and can't train. Passed my Hazards test this morning, 68 days till English.
