Just jogging

Pulled up really sore from Monday's run which was weird, but the plan was to keep doing easy runs to get back into it. Did 10km yesterday and 10km again today but with some strides at the end. Times were both loitering around 45 mins. Also did the leg exercises the physio gave me yesterday which went pretty well.  Still really sore now though, so maybe a bit of rolling will help.
