Up at ferny creek this morning for a long run. It's been pretty wet recently so the track was a nightmare to negotiate. No one took a tumble but I came fairly close. It's really great running in the woods though.
Rain started coming down at around halfway but I didn't really notice it. The hills were present and tough as always, but I hung on a bit better this time. Definitely glad I wore gloves. 19.4 all up and 72.2 for the week. Tired now.
