Due to an abundance of work tonight decided to train by myself. Really tired so just took it easy, but not too easy. 5 mins, 3 mins, 5 mins, 2mins, 5 mins, 1 min with 2 mins jog recovery between each.
Started off easy and sped a up as the session went on. Pretty perfect weather conditions, ran around the local footy oval on the grass so a bit better for the knees. 12km all up.
