This morning did 10k at a medium pace. 45:09 was the time. A bit warmer this morning which was good, but I'm still tired from the plane as the run was a struggle.
Have you been to school this week ? Which class are you in ? Première or seconde ? Keep up the running and get your family to take you on a trip to groudon to visit the castle there. It's an amazing village that I cycled through on the Nice Ironman.
Yep I went to school this week and it was a bit of a change. The teacher started off by talking to us for an hour and a half in French so that I think helped. I find it easier to understand now. My correspondent is in seconde, but I am in different classes to him. We went to gourdon on Sunday and I really enjoyed that. Incredible views.
